Assistant Manager

Each Braum's store has a 6 member management team (depending on the stores volume) to effectively achieve sales and service goals while taking care of our customers' needs. Assistant Managers are trained to backup the Store Manager.

JOB DUTIES:
Braum's is looking for happy, punctual, dedicated employees who enjoy providing our customers quality products and excellent service.
1. Applicant pre-screening
2. Inventory control
3. Employee training
4. Leadership and direction
5. Employee discipline and development
6. E-mail correspondence
7. Opening/closing paperwork
8. Review P&L reports
9. Usage of station charts and checklists
10. Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation levels
11. Auditing registers and preparation of deposits
12. Working hands-on to assist with customer needs and product preparation

HOURS:
Day shift hours 5:30am-2:30pm. Night shift hours 2:30pm- close, plus clean up. Both shifts have 40 hour work weeks plus some overtime.

PAY AND BENEFITS:
Hourly pay is based on experience and varies by shift and store volume, but generally pays between $10.00 - $11.00 and Bonus. Includes full benefits package.

Shift Supervisors

Each Braum's store has a 6 member management team (depending on the stores volume) to achieve service goals and company sales goals while taking care of our customers. Shift Supervisors are trained to backup the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

8. Working hands on to assist with customer needs and product preparation

WORK HOURS:
Day shift hours - 5:30 am - 2:30 pm. Mid shift hours - 10:30 am - 6:30 pm. Night shift hours - 2:30pm to close, plus clean up after closing. Both shifts have 40 hour work weeks.

PAY AND BENEFITS:
Hourly pay is $9.00 - $9.50 and varies by shift and store volume. Includes full Benefits Package.

Full Time Employees (Non-Management)

Braum's is looking for happy, punctual, dedicated employees who enjoy providing our customers quality products and excellent service.

JOB DUTIES:
Full time employees must be at least 18 years old. Every Braum's employee is cross-trained and will perform any of the following tasks:
1. Customer service
2. Cash handling
3. Food preparation
4. Stocking
5. Cleaning
6. Drive thru window service
7. Package department service
8. Working the grill station

HOURS:
Day shift hours -5:30am-2:30pm. Night shift hours - 2:30pm- close, plus clean up. Both shifts have 40 hour work weeks.

PAY:
Pay is $7.50 to $8.25 and varies by store volume. Includes full benefits package.

Part Time Employees

Braum's is looking for friendly, dedicated employees who want to work flexible hours in the evening and weekends.

JOB DUTIES:
Part time employees must be at least 16 years old. Every Braum's employee is cross-trained and will perform any of the following tasks:
1. Customer service
2. Cash handling
3. Food preparation
4. Stocking
5. Cleaning
6. Drive thru window service
7. Package department service
8. Working the grill station

HOURS:
Flexible hours available: Afternoon hours until close, Monday thru Friday · any hours between open and close, Saturdays or Sundays.

PAY:
Hourly pay is $6.25 -$8.25 and varies by store volume. Includes an employee discount
